[A for] is a one-girl operation from Hong Kong.

Every item is made by hand;

each has its own uniqueness.

To prevent waste of potentially useful materials,

some of the works and the packaging were made of recycled materials.

To enhance the way of selling online, she adopted "http://www.etsy.com/", a website for online business takes place. It's a good channel to have small scale design business comes to online shop.

While conducting research to business idea, I found a interesting web which introduces the 100 Most Creative people in Business.

I found a guy, Dave Morin, an interesting one to explore on. He was a co-inventor of Facebook Connect and he worked at Apple, who made a success on student marketing strategy.

To introduce myself in informal gatherings, I prefer my nickname, "Pear" in Chinese:p It has the benefit that people can easily visualize the name and get memorize easily. So, as an analogy, I have chosen a pear tree.

My idea is first an opening animation of a plant grows from a seed gradually to a tree, bloom and finally become pears. Those pears are actually linking to my portfolio works by the user clicking.
